Symptoms

During routine maintenance of the Secure Global Desktop (SGD) deployment, the SGD Administrator observes events related to the Routing Token captured within log files on the SGD Gateway and would like to understand the RoutingToken, and possible causes for the event.

Note: During these events, there was no interruption to SGD service, and no reports of user connectivity issues.
