What to do if `cacaoadm prepare-uninstall` is accidentally run on an Ops Center EC/PC (Doc ID 2356839.1)

- What to do if 'cacaoadm prepare-uninstall' is accidentally run on an Ops Center EC/PC

- Note that the command can be useful when completely removing an Ops Center agent,

  but a customer accidentally ran the command on their Ops Center Enterprise Controller

  having a co-located Proxy Host.

- The symptom was that the --troubleshoot reported the following errors for

  both the EC and the PC:
