Flash cache In Degraded Mode (Doc ID 2366991.1)

Symptoms

Flash cache on all but one Exadata storage cell shows a degraded status.  The remaining cell shows no Flash cache at all.  For example, in a system with three Exadata storage nodes, the following output shows a status of degraded for cell nodes 1 and 2 but cell node 3 is missing.

No hardware problems were found with the flash disks.
