Why files on the zonepath consume less space on Solaris 11? (Doc ID 2368273.1)

When a file is created in a non-global zone's zonepath, it consumes less disk spaces than expected.
Especially, a file created with mkfile consumes only 1 block.

In the following example, although the filesize is 1GB, it uses only 1 block.
The symptom is the same when the file is created or viewed from the global zone.
