Goal
BEFORE CONTINUING with the order for a replacement of a 8TB HDD, please ENSURE you have READ and UNDERSTAND the information contained in this document.
Failure to ADHERE to this document WILL result in delays to Customer problem resolution.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The 8TB HDD (Part numbers 7301588 & 7301592 ) has very LIMITED AVAILABILITY, a replacement 8TB HDD will be provided.
Updating your software to the recommended version code will help to expedite part replacements. See Table below for recommended software versions needed.
