Symptoms
Many alert emails with Description "InfiniBand Port <portName> is showing non-zero error counts" are being received from one or more Exadata nodes. For example:
There were no problems found with the port when following Doc ID 2276427.1.
Clearing the errors as detailed in Doc ID 1922592.1 do not stop the alert emails from being generated.
