Verified mailx on EC is working from command line

example : mailx -s " Test from Ops Center" "" < text-file

Goal

It is not a problem with configure mail notification on EC. OCDoctor has a script "emailTester.sh" to test Mail notifications in 'toolbox'. EmailTester script points the old JavaMail issue
