If the customer had deployed the VM direct from the template without changing the NICs, it would have booted no problem.
Goal
While trying to upgrade from ECZ730 stream to ECZ750, customer was getting the error "daemon.err usdp[2673]: EAL: Error reading from file descriptor" and then the boot cycle failed. What can cause this problem upgrading the VM?
