Announcement Not Being Recorded in RSS Server. (Doc ID 2381597.1)

Symptoms

Customer complained that Announcements were not being recorded in the RSS server even though they were clearly heard on the call.

The scenario is the following:
- A# is the user that has the call recording functionality enabled.
- Both users heard the announcement and the call was correctly established.
- A# hears the announcement before the ringing starts and B# hears the announcement after answering the call before the conversation takes place.
- In the recording, after B# answers the call, noise is heard for the duration of the announcement. After the announcement duration has elapsed, the conversation between A# and B# is correctly recorded.
