Issue
- seeing PLOGI failed type messages


fctl: [ID 517869 kern.warning] WARNING: fp(3)::PLOGI to c1601 failed. state=e reason=5.
fp: [ID 517869 kern.info] NOTICE: fp(3): PLOGI to c1601 failed state=Packet Transport error, reason=No Connection
PLOGI to D_ID=0xc1601 failed: State:Packet Transport error, Reason:No Connection. Giving up



Changes

 Issue occurred after recabling targets and new D_ID detect by Solaris
