Format-disk Command Failure Message On Standby TDM; When Formatting Standby RMD (Doc ID 2384657.1)

Oracle Communications EAGLE (Software) - Version EAGLE 46.5 and later
Tekelec
During post-upgrade procedures, if two Removable Media Drives are formatted; the standby RMD will output "Format-disk of system removable media complete"; followed by "Command failed: could not release standby fixed disk". However, the command actually completes successfully, as seen with the output of the command "rept-stat-db". See system logs below: (for Standby MASP/RMD loc=1115)

Goal

To inform users that the "format-disk" command does complete.  The "Command failed" message is a false, informational type message; since the update of the system USB/RMD actually completes normally.
