newfs and fdisk will not detect actual device size.

iSCSI stmfadm modify-lu -s does NOT check actual LUN size

Example a zpool volume of 20g is presented to iSCSI.

zfs list ISCSIPool/volume1
NAME USED AVAIL REFER MOUNTPOINT
ISCSIPool/volume1 46.8G 20.1G 46.8G -
