System Hang or Panic Caused by Losing Connectivity with NFS server

Symptoms
Systems that access remote NFS shares may hang if the connection with the NFS server is lost, which can resulting in a system panic being forced by certain monitoring tools.
Since the server can no longer access the remote file system the monitoring software such as cssdmonitor/cssdagent tool may decide to panic the node.
