Users Report Cached Passwords are Lost after using "List All Print Jobs" within the SGD Workspace (Doc ID 2391295.1)

Symptoms

The Administrator of a Secure Global Desktop (SGD) deployment may receive reports from users that their password cache entries are removed after viewing active print jobs within the "List all jobs" page, as selected from the SGD Workspace.

Changes

This particular behavior is only seen in an array environment that has been configured to use "session-only" password caching within Secure Global Desktop.
