Symptoms

Customer is using ODA appliance manager to install or re-install their ODA appliance, but after successful completion of create appliance job, customer is not are not able to login to appliance using the master password.

The password does not work for any user root/oracle/grid.

The issue is being investigated in below unpublished bug -

 Create appliance in ODA release 12.2.1.2
