OCEEMS Not Able To Perform Threshold Configurations In OCEEMS (Doc ID 2395109.1)

Goal

We are not able to do any changes in Threshold configurations under Link Utilization in OCEEMS.

Where as I tried doing changes in other tabs like link utilization and on demand polling those i am able to perform.
