Symptoms

Attempting to upgrade servers from 8.1.2.0.0_81.24.1 to 8.1.2.0.0-81.25.0.

Upgrade passes early upgrade checks but upgrade fails during the "Initializing Upgrade" step.

Following Error is seen in upgrade.log:
