Oracle HSM: No Archiving to the Cloud

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Customer cannot make his archive copy to the cloud. All other tape archive copies are being made. However, they can stage back data from the Cloud.

No clues found in the sam-archiverd trace files or devlogs.


Recently they had their cloud password expire and needed to resolve that.
