Oracle HSM: No Archiving to the Cloud (Doc ID 2396759.1)

Symptoms

Customer cannot make his archive copy to the cloud. All other tape archive copies are being made. However, they can stage back data from the Cloud.

No clues found in the sam-archiverd trace files or devlogs.

Changes

Recently they had their cloud password expire and needed to resolve that.

Reference <Document 2369533.1> for assistance with resolving a cloud account password expiring.
