Users are Unable to Resize a Seamless Application to Span Multiple Client Displays (Doc ID 2397902.1)

Users report that a Seamless Windows application provisioned with RandR enabled within Secure Global Desktop is presented to the primary display on a multi-display client, and subsequent attempts to manually resize the application session appear to be bounded: resizing the application window by dragging a corner will only allow it to span 1/3 of the way into a second display. 

Users would like the ability to resize the running application session so that it spans multiple available client displays.
