Unable to Access Sip-interface and Local-subscriber-table after Downgrade from 7.x to 6.x Version (Doc ID 2398147.1)

Symptoms

 Symptom 1 -  After downgrade from SCZ735m2p2 (7.x version) to SCX6315m1p1 (6.x version) below options failed to display / edit in running-config

1. local-subscriber-table

2. sip-authentication-profile

3. sip-config

4. sip-interface

5. sip-registrar

 

Symptom 2 - After downgrade user was unable to view sip-interface option under session-router . While on upgrading again , this option was enabled and all interfaces were visible .

TestSMX# show sipd interface

No Sip Interface Statistics Available

 

Symptom 3 - After downgrade user was unable to view local-subscriber-table . While on upgrading again , this option was enabled .

 

Changes

 1. Upgraded from 6.x to 7.x

 2. Downgraded from 7.x to 6.x
