ILOM Unresponsive through SSH, ipmitool, or HTTPS (Doc ID 2399149.1)

You are unable to connect to ILOM on one of the Storage cells using either SSH, ipmitool, or HTTPS. The error messages will be similar to the ones shown below :


Using ipmitool
[root@dfw-ep01celadm06 ~]# ipmitool sunoem cli "show faulty"
No data available
Get Device ID command failed
No data available
No data available
Sun OEM cli command failed

Using SSH times out and Browser does not connect. When you ping the ILOM ip address the ILOM ip address is pinging
