Cannot Start Or Connect To SEFOS on an ES2-64 Switch (Doc ID 2400769.1)

Symptoms

Can not connect to sefos from the ES2 ILOM prompt.

ES2-> cd /SYS/fs_cli
Are you sure you want to start /SYS/fs_cli (y/n)? y
start: Connecting to Fabric SEwitch CLI
Sefos is not running, 3:Child PID 7529 exited with status 256
start: The session with /SYS/fs_cli has ended.

ES2-> start /SYS/sefos
Are you sure you want to start /SYS/sefos (y/n)? y
start: Please wait while sefos comes up, this can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the conf
iguration
