ANHB Issue - SDP2 - Proxy Server is Blocking the SDP2 Server Connectivity (Doc ID 2402849.1)

Symptoms

ANHB Issue - SDP2 2.4 version
Proxy server is blocking the SDP2 server connectivity.

ANHB failure

Proxy Connection has refused to connect host server( SDP server )

Following are the error messages from the SDP2 log bundle
