OHSM: Duplicating Tape Catalog VSN's With a Stuck Tape (Doc ID 2403153.1)

Duplicate VSN entries found in the tape catalog, defined in the /etc/opt/SUNWsamfs/mcf file.

In the example below the SL3000 shows a stuck tape in eq 2, tape L01035.

Samfs shows the tape drive empty and continues to issue mounts for eq 2.

With each slot mounted, it gets unmounted as tape L01035, creating duplicate entries in the Oracle HSM (SAM-QFS) catalog.
