Purpose

For customers connecting to ASR (Automated Service Requests), communicate additional actions when upgrading ZS5-ES firmware to version less than 8.7.19 and how to obtain further information.

Scope

This information pertains to the configured ZS5-ES (in a SuperCluster M8), firmware versions AK8.7.12 through AK8.7.18.
SuperCluster M8-8's not connecting to ASR and all other AK 8.7.x firmware versions are not impacted.
