Windows Client Devices using NVidia Software Suite are Unable to Span SGD Provisioned Applications across Multiple Displays (Doc ID 2404658.1)

Windows users may report that they are unable to pull, resize, or drag applications provisioned via Secure Global Desktop to span multiple displays on a client device using nVidia Software.

In this scenario, the provisioned applications and SGD server, have been previously verified to be configured correctly to allow the specific applications to work in this manner using RandR functionality.  This behavior was not seen on other connecting clients with multiple displays--and the behavior was proven to be specific to Windows clients running nVidia's Desktop Manager application for managing the desktop, and displays.
