For HP ProLiant bl460 blade servers in c7000 enclosures, the Power Regulator setting can be viewed in the iLO4 browser interface under Power Management / Power Settings / Power Regulator Settings. At the time of original installation, the BIOS menu is entered via console during the boot cycle and the HP Power Profile is set to 'Maximum Performance.' This Profile will set the Power Regulator Setting seen in iLO4 to 'HP Static High Performance Mode.' If the Power Regulator Setting is set to any other value when viewed in iLO4, it will need to be corrected.
Note that this setting can be changed through the iLO4 browser interface, but it will simultaneously affect the HP Power Profile setting in BIOS (unseen, unable to change via iLO4 GUI) to 'Custom' and is not recommended.
