Purpose

This procedure details the steps required when replacing (upgrading the hardware) existing ZSX-x controller/head(s) with new ZS7-2 controller/head(s) - retaining the ZFS pool data held on external (DE3-24C/DE3-24P) JBOD storage.

Scope

This procedure is to be used exclusively for the following purpose:  Replacement of existing ZSX-x controller/head with new ZS7-2 controller/head.
