If customers, field engineers or Technical Engineers have doubt about HBT2 compatibility instead of a HBT card or they want to upgrade to a HBT2 card from HBT.
Customer had 8.31 firmware and HBT2 card does not come up after replacement of old HBT card because firmware was too old.
Goal
Is it possible to install the HBT2 card insted of HBT card?
