Symptoms

1. ibswitches returns "BOOT IN PROGRESS"

# ibswitches returns:
Switch : 0x0010e0dc1011a0a0 ports 36 "BOOT IN PROGRESS" enhanced port 0 lid 0 lmc 0
Switch : 0x0010e035b6c1a0a0 ports 36 "SUN DCS 36P QDR ibb01 10.10.10.2" enhanced port 0 lid 1 lmc 0
Switch : 0x0010e06517d4a0a0 ports 36 "SUN DCS 36P QDR iba01 10.10.10.3" enhanced port 0 lid 3 lmc 0

Note: During boot of an IB switch (running firmware 2.2.4 or higher), the BOOT IN PROGRESS message is valid and expected, but if it is sticky long (more than 5 minute) after the reboot, then there is something wrong.

2. showpsufru can't identify the Power Supplies in the switch that can't identify the hostname in the ibswitches command and then segfaults
