Symptoms
It is not possible to establish remote connections to ALOM via NET mgmt port.
The ALOM is connected to the local network through a switch.
The network cable has been replaced and moved to other switch ports, however the problem has persisted.
The activity light of NET mgmt has never lit up. As result, any remote connection didn't work.
Some ALOM information can be gathered from Solaris via rscadm command. On the machine we were working on, the configuration was ok.
