ACSLS - ACSLS is not Working Properly After /var/tmp Was Cleared

Symptoms
During installation of ACSLS, /var/tmp/acsls/.acsls_env was created and referenced to when first logging in as user "acsss".
After the installation process, /home/ACSSS/.bash_profile and /home/ACSSS/.bashrc both still have this setting on the first line:
After a system reboot, /var/tmp/acsls/ is cleared and /var/tmp/acsls/.acsls_env is removed.
This leaves users unable to login to ~acsss to get to cmd_proc.
