Problem Description

We have a requirement to remap or drop a specific response code (actually it's 181 Call is Being Forwarded which is a provisional response) towards specific endpoints only.

We need to rewrite it to either a 183 or drop it altogether.

All endpoints and external realms share a core realm and SA. We don't want this change to affect other external SAs.

Is there any way to do this? It looks something like local-response-map might do, but from the documentation (ACLI Reference and ACLI Configuration Guide) it is unclear if this affects outbound responses which are not generated locally.
