Symptoms
Replication lag size for the customer's KMA servers is very high. The Audit Event log showing lots of SOAP errors, trying to communicate with one of their KMA servers in a large cluster configuration.
Changes
The KMA servers, causing the issue, were added to the cluster some time ago but have always been reporting SOAP errors in the Audit Event log.
