DSR App Version Mismatch After Patch Installation (Doc ID 2413910.1)

Oracle Communications Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) - Version DSR 7.3.0 and later
Tekelec

Goal

Customer had DSR version 7.3.1.0.0-73.20.0

After patch installation, the application version of the server on NOAM GUI is changed to 7.3.1.0.0-73.21.0.
However, the output of appRev on any server is still with 7.3.1.0.0-73.20.0.

Please advise on this mismatch.
