Diameter Signaling Router (DSR): After Accept Upgrade SSH Login Still Shows Message "...Please Accept Or Reject The Upgrade Soon." (Doc ID 2413942.1)

Symptoms

Upon login at command line on an upgraded server, message appears indicating

| This system has been upgraded but the upgrade has not yet  |
| been accepted or rejected.  Please accept or reject the    |
| upgrade soon.                                              |
|============================================================|

However, the Upgrade Accept was conducted previously and PM&C GUI does not indicate any servers (including self) remain in "Pending Upgrade Accept/Reject" status.  Reviewing the server's upgrade.log file, it is clear that upgrade succeeded and the Accept Upgrade has been successfully concluded.

Changes

Sequence:
(1) Upgrade finished successfully.
(2) User activity occurred at command line in interim, which may have included certain rcs-related commands.
(3) Upgrade Accept conducted.
