Symptoms

The panic string will be:

**** dlm FENCING this system by PANICing

The panic stack will include:

o2quo_fence_self
o2quo_disk_timeout
o2hb_write_timeout

The messages logs may even contain messages like the following:

NOTICE: ../../src/cluster/heartbeat.c:377 ML_ERROR - Heartbeat
write timeout to location /HOST_NAME2/DIRECTORY_1 after 60000 milliseconds
