SL4000 is running Firmware Version: 1.0.1.67.28514
Symptoms
SL4000 Fibre Channel Port Inoperative.
Have an FC port with Operational State Failed and Summary Operational State Inoperative.
Link state is Online and control state is Online.
The Feature "Multiport FC and Network" is enabled.
In the SL4000 GUI under Hardware > Device Status Tree > All Devices, FC Port (0) shows as 'Failed' for Operational State and 'Inoperative' for Summary Operational State.
