Symptoms
Patching an Infiniband switch using patchmgr fails for an unknown reason
[INFO ] Starting upgrade on sw-ibb01 to 2.2.4_3. Please give upto 15 mins for the process to complete. DO NOT INTERRUPT or HIT CTRL+C during the upgrade
[FAIL ] Load firmware 2.2.4_3 onto sw-ibb01
[FAIL ] Update InfiniBand switch sw-ibb01 to 2.2.4_3
[INFO ] Aborting the process. Not going to try anymore switches. Retry after resolving the problems.
