Oracle Key Manager (OKM) - Unable to Get into the ILOM SP Environment (Doc ID 2418263.1)

Symptoms

The user does not know the ILOM IP address and thus cannot bring up the ILOM remotely.
When connecting to the KMA's serial port, he cannot get to the ILOM SP environment.
Control goes directly to the system console. ( On a KMA server, this is presented as the OKM Console Menu. )
Thus, he is unable to set/display ILOM IP's for his OKM Netra T4-1's.

When the KMA server is shut down, attempting to connect a laptop to the serial port, will get to the prompt that says "press any character ...".
However, nothing happens when you press any character.

When the system is restarted, no start up message is displayed on the system console.

The same problems are seen when connecting to the KMA using KVM (keyboard+video+mouse) crash cart connection.
