Unable to Start Guest Virtual Machine After Power Outage on VirtualBox Host (Doc ID 2418773.1)

After a power outage, the VirtualBox Administrator was working to restart services on the host machine using Oracle VM VirtaulBox Manager.

The first starts without problem, but the remaining Guest Virtual Machines (VMs) all fail to start with message:

The Host machine experienced a power outage, an unscheduled termination that prevented guests from properly shutting down.
