On : 12.2.1.x.0 version

X7-2* or X6-2*  ODA - DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Failed to create the database

 dcs-agent.log shows the following

2018-06-29   ERROR [Database Creation] [] c.o.d.a.r.s.d.DbOperations: Failed to create the database <DB_NAME>
