Symptoms

Using the ODA X7-2

After running a CLEANUP of the ODA X7-2 or re-imaging the ODA goes into a continual boot cycle
Changing the boot order in the BIOS or ILOM does not help
Breaking out using F2 or F8 may resolve the boot cycle, but after the next reboot the same problem can occur requiring manual intervention.

Changes

This requires at least one cleanup of the original deployment or a redeployment of the ODA
This does not occur on a successful initial deployment.
This is seen on the ODA X7-2
