SL150 - Library Firmware Upgrade Fails with "ERROR: Upload Failed With an I/O Error" (Doc ID 2420946.1)

Symptoms

Error message received during firmware upgrade.  This caused the code load/upgrade to fail.

ERROR: Upload failed with an I/O error: EOF after reading only: '702781595' of: '702781645' promised bytes, out of which at least: '15663' were already buffered

Re-downloading the firmware again from MOS resulted in the same error.
