OKM: KMAs Cannot Rejoin Cluster After Move And IP Change (Doc ID 2423592.1)

Symptoms

Customer moved their KMA servers to a new site  and updated their IP configurations.

The KMA List shows other KMA servers in the list, even though they have not yet been moved to their new sites and configured yet. 

These KMAs are also showing their original ip addresses and SOAP errors are being reported in the Audit Event log, even though these KMA server are not yet configured.

 

Changes

 The customer moved their entire OKM configuration to a new physical location and assigned new ip addresses.
