Users Recieve Error "This page can't be displayed" on Connection Attempt to Secure Global Desktop after Update (Doc ID 2425638.1)

Symptoms

After the patch install for Secure Global Desktop (SGD) 5.4p1, users are unable to access the SGD URL used successfully before the upgrade.  They see the error:
    
        This page can't be displayed
       

NOTE: In an array, this issue may affect just one of the servers.



The System Administrator has confirmed that the server up and accepting connections, and the SGD Webserver is running. e.g.

 

 

Changes

Rebooted the server after the patch install.
