OKM: New Windows 10 Can Not Connect To KMAs With New OKM 3.3 GUI (Doc ID 2430021.1)

Customer has a new laptop running Windows 10 and having problems getting the OKM GUI version 3.3 to work on this new laptop.

From one of the KMA servers, we were able run a snoop while the customer tried to connect to that same KMA server in their OKM GUI. The connection timed out.

The snoop was collected in the /var/okm/logs directory. so the customer uploaded a system dump from that machine to the SR.


 Laptop was upgraded from a Windows 7 to a Windows 10 and OKM GUI 3.3 was installed.
