OCEEMS ReportingStudio Authentication Unsuccessful After Fresh Install

Installed Reporting Studio on OCEEMS system, following procedure:
On step 16, page 34, after configuring Login Type as « Internal Webserver », closed the browser and tried to connect via OCEEMS GUI menu but get an error message.
Then tried to connect again via browser (IE) but get this error:
Do you know what could be the cause and, most important, how to solve it?
