According to “E88985-01 - DSR / SDS 8.2 NOAM Failover guide” Procedure 2: Disable Global Provisioning / PDB Relay Verification [Site_1], After disabling global provisioning the value of pdbRelayMsgLogTimeStamp should be equal over 30 seconds before proceeding to the next steps (step 11 – 14).
pdbRelayMsgLogTimeStamp can be retrieved using below command (step-11)
There is a warning in the failover document indicating not to proceed with failover until this timestamp stops incrementing.
SDS Command Log showed provisioning interface is disabled and also on HLRR the DB Level was not incrementing. HLRR command Log also showed no data received from SDS. However the pdbRelayMsgLogTimeStamp keeps on incrementing.
