Private Cloud Appliance: Unable to connect to ILOM service processor via management network 192.168.4.xxx (Doc ID 2432046.1)

Symptoms

The compute node is running Normal as expected, however you are not able to access the node's ILOM service processor (SP) from the management (192.168.4.xxx) network.
The following example uses ovcacn12r1 as an example. 

When viewed from the OVM GUI, all servers are in a Normal State.  This is because this GUI does not monitor SP health.

 

The node may show running VMs

 

CLI commands will show the node is running
